It is specifically designed to facilitate tension stringing operations for optical fiber composite overhead ground wire (OPGW) and all-dielectric self-supporting optic fiber cable (ADSS).
Featuring a bullwheel with durable MC nylon lining segments, our tensioner ensures robust performance and longevity. Its innovative design allows for infinitely variable pay-off tension control, enabling seamless constant tension stringing.
For enhanced safety, our tensioner is equipped with a spring-applied hydraulically released multi-plate brake mechanism. In the event of hydraulic failure, this system automatically engages to maintain safe and reliable operation.
